Terms of Use

Operator and scope

These terms cover the Watchers Kingdom interactive extension and its game service on the WatchersKingdom channel. The operator's full identity and postal contact details are available in the linked Legal Notice / Impressum. Contact: watcherskingdom.twitch@gmail.com. Twitch's own terms and community rules also apply.

The extension is intended exclusively for the WatchersKingdom channel. It does not grant another broadcaster permission to install, operate, redistribute or rebrand this game or its artwork. Statutory exceptions and rights under applicable third-party licences remain unaffected.

Your account and participation

Use your own Twitch account and follow Twitch's eligibility requirements. Sharing your Twitch identity allows the server to associate personal actions with the correct character. Keep your Twitch account secure; we do not ask for your Twitch password.

Participation and rewards follow the current game rules, confirmed chat-presence information and actual channel status. Simply opening the extension or seeing a character on screen does not grant a reward. Some interactions require the stream and local game service to be running. Progress and activity results are determined by the server.

Fair play

Do not exploit bugs, forge requests or identities, interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, automate abusive gameplay, or harass other players. Report suspected faults through private feedback or the contact address. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security problems or breaches of these rules, subject to applicable law.

Virtual progress and changes

Gold, resources, equipment and other game rewards are fictional. They are not money, have no cash-out value and are not redeemable for real-world prizes through this extension. The current extension does not sell virtual items or accept Bits purchases.

Season transitions, balance changes and updates can change game progress under the announced game rules. There is no promise of perpetual availability or of keeping every game value unchanged. Applicable mandatory rights are not limited by these terms.

Feedback and public activity

Send only material you are entitled to share. Feedback is private to the operator's handling process and is evaluated only on the operator's request. Sending a suggestion does not promise a response, implementation or reward. It does not transfer ownership of your contribution to the operator.

Names, characters, guild tags and selected rankings may be visible in the stream. See the Privacy Notice for personal information and your choices.

Availability and your rights

The service depends on Twitch, an Internet connection and the operator's local game server. Maintenance, technical failures and third-party changes can interrupt access. Please contact watcherskingdom.twitch@gmail.com about problems. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material changes will be explained through the channel or these pages. The date on each page identifies the current version. Changes apply subject to any notice, agreement and other protections required by law.
